Terms of Service

 1. What I do

 I help people in Namibia buy items from Cape Town, South Africa. You send me the  details of what you want, I buy it for you, and I send it to you safely.

 2. Prices and Fees

 Your total price includes: The item cost (the store price) A service fee for my time and  transport (usually R200 + 5% of the item price) Shipping and customs charges (I give you

 an estimate before you pay) If the actual courier or customs cost is higher or lower, I will  show proof and adjust the total.

 3. Payments-

 A full payment is needed before I buy your item. Payments can be made through bank transfer or another agreed method.  Always send me a screenshot of your payment as proof.

 4. Process

1.  You send me the item link or photo and your full name, address, and contact number.
2.  I send you a quotation with all costs.
3.  You pay.
4.  I buy the item and send you the receipt and photo.
5. I ship

 I use trusted couriers, delivery usually takes 2 days

 6. Returns and Refunds

 Once an item is bought, it cannot be returned unless the store allows it. I am not  responsible for factory faults, wrong sizes, or damages caused by the courier or customs.

 7. Customs Duties and VAT

 Customs or import VAT in Namibia is the buyer’s responsibility. I can give you an estimate,  but the final amount is decided by customs officers.

8. Proof and Transparency

 I always send photos of the item before shipping, and receipts from the store,

 10. Agreement

 By paying, you agree to these terms.
