How It Works
- Send Your Request
Send us the product details link, photo, or store name plus your name, delivery town, and contact number.
- Get a Quote
We’ll send you a quotation that includes the item cost, runner’s fee, and delivery/shipping charges if needed.
- Confirm & Pay
Once you’re happy with the quote, you pay to confirm your order.
- We Buy & Deliver
We’ll buy your item, send proof (photo and receipt), and ship it safely to Namibia.
Updates will be provided until you receive your package.

Our pricing is simple and transparent.

- Runner Fee (service charge for buying, collecting & packaging)
- Shipping Fee (based on weight & destination)
